Hyundai HL775-9 Front End Loader

Built for High-Volume Loading Environments

The Hyundai HL775-9 Wheel Loader is designed for operations where large volumes of material must be moved consistently across demanding environments such as quarries, bulk earthworks, and mining support applications. Whether loading haul trucks, building stockpiles, or managing material flow in production yards, the machine provides a stable and predictable platform for repetitive load-and-carry cycles.

Its 24,6-tonne operating weight and 4.5m³ bucket capacity allow operators to move significant volumes per pass, reducing the number of cycles required to complete tasks. This directly supports improved site efficiency, particularly in high-production environments where downtime or inconsistency can disrupt workflow.

Controlled Power for Changing Load Conditions

The HL775-9 is equipped with a Cummins QSM11 electronically controlled engine, supported by selectable Power, Standard, and Economy modes. This allows operators to match engine output to the task at hand—using full power when working in dense material and reducing fuel consumption during lighter duties.

A fully automatic transmission ensures smooth and consistent power delivery during direction changes and travel, reducing shock through the drivetrain and improving operator comfort. The Intelligent Clutch Cut-Off (ICCO) system limits power loss through the torque converter during braking, reducing heat build-up and improving overall machine efficiency during short-cycle loading.

Together, these systems allow the machine to respond predictably under varying load conditions, supporting steady cycle times and reducing unnecessary fuel burn.

Durability That Supports Uptime

  • Heavy-duty drivetrain and braking performance: A durable ZF axle, optimised driveshaft, and sintered brake discs are engineered to work together under high loads, reducing heat build-up and wear during braking while maintaining consistent power transfer in continuous operation.

  • Reinforced structure for high-cycle applications: The high-strength machine design, combined with proven components tested across various work sites, provides the structural integrity required to handle sustained heavy-duty use in demanding conditions.

  • Thermal control and hydraulic reliability: A reversible, hydraulically powered cooling fan regulates temperatures across coolant, transmission oil, and hydraulic oil, while high-quality hydraulic hoses contribute to long-term reliability — supporting consistent performance in demanding operating environments.

Operator Control and Reduced Fatigue

Operator performance plays a critical role in overall productivity, particularly in long shifts. The HL775-9 cab provides a clear view of the working area, supporting safer and more precise loading in busy or confined sites.

A 5.7-inch colour monitor provides access to key machine information, diagnostics, and the integrated weighing system, allowing operators to manage loads accurately and avoid overloading. Ergonomic controls and adjustable steering allow operators to maintain comfortable working positions throughout the day, helping minimise fatigue and support sustained productivity across demanding operating cycles.
