Cooling and Reliability Parallel-mounted cooler configurations with aluminum bar-plate construction resist dust clogging and prevent overheating during continuous operation in 45°C temperatures—conditions common in African quarries.
Visibility and Safety Cabs provide sightlines to bucket edges, tire positions, and surrounding work areas. Rounded front glass (17% wider than previous generations) reduces blind spots during truck spotting and stockpile work.
Material density affects bucket selection. High-density materials require smaller buckets than low-density aggregates for the same truck payload.
Site Considerations Turning radius matters in confined spaces. The HL757-9S provides a 5.7m turning radius—tight enough for established quarries. The HL780-9S turns in 6.2m and works best in open operations.
